Terms of Service
1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Learn To Save Calculator web app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2) Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
3) Accounts & Access Codes
Using the Service requires an account and an access code. Access codes are issued by us, may be used for one account only, and expire if not used within one year.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access code and for all activity under your account.
You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and the information in it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4) Purchases & Refunds
If you paid for access, contact us about refunds. Unless required by law, access that has already been used to create an account is nonrefundable.
5) Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6) No Financial Advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
7) Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
9) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
