By accessing or using the Pause For Self Care web app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

3) Accounts & Access Codes
Some features require an account or access code. Access codes may be purchased through third-party platforms (such as Etsy) and may be time-limited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access code and for all activity under your account.
4) Purchases & Refunds
Access codes and digital products may be sold through third-party platforms. All purchases are subject to the terms and refund policies of the platform where the purchase was made unless otherwise stated.
5) Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6) No Financial Advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
7) Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
